Reviews from satisfied clients

I moved to the uk in 2013 upon arrival. I contacted a random real estate agency and the apartment i was renting was overpriced for what it was, however i met Michael at a social event where i explained to him my problem with my current flat. he told me that i should look into renting through them. After my old contract finished i got in contact with him and they found me several properties within my budget which were very good value for money, and ive been renting through them since then and ive never been happier. I highly recommend Saba Properties to anyone looking to rent or buy a propery here in the uk.

I've recently let with Saba properties and would highly recommend anyone who is either looking for sales or rent to go through this particular estate agent. A small, exclusive and a start-up company run by a small group of professional and courteous individuals. Who are eager to assist 24/7 with anything, as easy as simply just dial their numbers. By going through Saba, I'm able to settled in to my new home with ease. Without a doubt, I have also received some of the best personal, efficient and yet professional service. All the properties that Saba have are with excellent amenities, location and you are bound to receive the highest 'quality' for what you are paying for. If they don't have have what you are looking for, they will definitely find a solution that best meets your criteria. I would like to personally thank Alex and James tremendously with everything that they have provided and assisted me. Saba properties will never disappoint!

Saba properties was highly recommended to me by a dear friend 5 years ago. Our business relationship still continues to be very pleasant. At all times I have found Mary and James Saba to be very helpful, responsible and very professional, reliable, hard-working, conscientious, and honest. They have always gone beyond my expectations and that has been very much appreciated over the years. I highly recommend Saba properties for anyone looking for the best deals on any property that you decide buy/sell or even rent in London.

I recently relocated to London and had the pleasure to meet and work with James and his team during the process of renting my apartment. Everyone is professional and they are always just a phone call away which is very reassuring when you are new and have questions. James knows the city very well, and made good suggestions on things I need to think about even on parking for my car! I will be happy to return to James once I am ready to purchase an apartment and certainly would recommend him and the team if you are looking for a place in London.

Saba Properties was referred to me by a friend and as my friend had described, I was given a five star treatment and consolidation when I was looking for a home in London. I was dealing directly with Michael George who was very kind and considerate about exactly what I was looking for in a home in London and found just the perfect home for me from the very first try! Michael was even kind enough to ask about my stay, if everything was going well and if I needed anything else. I am very grateful to Saba Properties and Michael George for making my move to London much easier. I highly recommend this real estate agency to you.

I strongly recommend the services of James Saba. He has been letting and managing my property for over 9 years and I have never had any reason to look for another estate agent. He is very professional and brings that 'personal' touch to bare. James is very helpful and will go out of his way to ensure that he delivers on his promise. As a landlord, I am very confident in James as he always works hard to make sure the flat is occupied at any given time. He is also very brilliant in making tenants comfortable by ensuring they are 'looked' after and attends to their needs with good timing. Overall, not only is James professional, he is also very polite and respectful.
